Functionality
Equipped with a large size direct injection engine. With its wide
operational span, it is able to handle big jobs easily. The engine's
lower revving speed is environmentally friendly. Using a 3 pump
system developed by IHI, work speed and multi-tasking operations
are improved. By offering a wider crawler span, it delivers a higher
degree of stability. The 2 speed transmission provides both power
and mobility for travel. With an independent hydraulic system for
driving, it is possible to operate the attachments while on the
move, without any reduction in travel speed.

Operator
Comfort
A joystick lever that affords smooth operation is standard. The
single piece moulded reclining seat offers superior durability,
as well as minimal fatigue for the operator due to ergonomic shape
and firmness. The boom swing pedal is positioned horizontal for
ease of operation. The instrument panel features a simple easy to
view layout. Ease of boarding and exiting is assured by the cabin's
walk-through design.

Rugged
& Durable
The boom foot, boom swing bracket and drive
sprocket of the rubber crawler have been enlarged. Attachment hose
is stored to protect against damage. The attachment angle of the
dozer blade cylinder has been changed, while a protective cover
has been added & hydraulic hoses have been segmented. There is also
a protective cover for the boom light, as well as a steel sheet
metal cover for the engine.

Easy
Useability
Since the bucket can come very close to the dozer blade, it is easier
to scoop loose dirt and gravel. As a unique advantage of the 3 pump
system, a 2 pump flow junction circuit has been employed to assure
sufficient hydraulic flow to the auxiliary valve. Use of the hydraulic
circuit breaker or demolition fork is thus made more efficient.

Easy
Maintenance
A fully opening engine cover allows access to filters for inspection
and replacement, as well as regular maintenance of the engine from
one opening. The battery cover opens with a one-touch operation, so
maintenance is extremely easy. The automatic air bleeder means that
after you fuel up, you can power up immediately, just by pressing
the ON button. A water sedimenter and aluminium radiator are standard
equipment. |
